All of our inspectors are certified through InterNACHI and we follow the California Real Estate Inspector’s Association’s (CREIA) guidelines known as the Standards of Practice. Our knowledge helps us educate clients and not create unwarranted fear.
We Notice the Little Things
If there are serious life or death issues with the home, you and your client will be informed promptly but, truth is most issues are easily corrected by a small repair and we help your client to feel comfortable with the process when repairs are needed. We can generally schedule your inspection within 48 -72 hours and have a short turn around for the reports. We will generally always have your report ready 24 to 48 hours following your inspection, depending on the size of the inspection and extent of findings. Saturday appointment reports are delivered Monday evening.

11 Month Warranty
An 11 month warranty inspection is performed at or around your home’s 11 month birthday. Most new homes have a 1 year warranty and it is imperative to document and notify the builder of any issues that you may wish to be repaired prior to your home’s warranty expiration.
At Reliant Home Inspections we perform our 11 month warranty inspection with same extended scope utilized for the new home inspections. You can rest assured that your warranty will not expire without a comprehensive review of your new home’s safety features and finishes.
Pre-Listing Inspections
A pre-listing inspection is performed for the property seller. This inspection is performed within the same guidelines as the buyer’s inspection and will highlight the items that would be discovered during that type of inspection. This is often helpful for a seller to know what safety hazards exist within their home or what items a potential buyer are going to use to negotiate a lower price. Having a pre-listing inspection from a qualified and experienced inspection service like Reliant Home Inspections is essential to getting the maximum dollar for your home.
New Home Inspection
